Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Miloe LLC (“Miloe,” “we”) collects through miloe.ai and through the software we use to manage social media and business listings for the businesses we work with, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.

Who we are

Miloe LLC is an Arizona limited liability company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@miloe.ai.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

If you use the form on our Get started page, we store what you enter there (your name, email address, company, and any role, industry and note you add), your choices on that form, the page you came from, any partner link you followed, and the type of browser you used. We use it only to reply to you, and we send you one email confirming what happens next.

When you use one of our assessments

Some pages on this site offer a short assessment. If you choose to send your results, we store the email address, and any name and company you enter, along with your answers, your score and the type of browser you used. Nothing is stored unless you press Send.

When a business connects an account

We publish posts and update listings on behalf of businesses that ask us to. When a business authorizes our app on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, we receive and store:

  • An access token that lets us act on the pages or profiles the business authorized. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • The names and identifiers of those pages, profiles and accounts.
  • The posts and listing updates we publish, with their links and publish times.
  • Performance numbers for those posts, such as impressions, reactions, comments and clicks.

We do not collect information about the people who follow, view or interact with those pages beyond the totals the platforms report.

What we do not collect

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and follow up on your request.
  • To publish content and update listings that a business has approved, at the times it chose.
  • To report to that business how its posts performed.

We do not use any of this information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of individuals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Vercel, which hosts this site and our software.
  • Neon, which hosts our database.
  • Resend, which delivers our email.
  • LinkedIn, Meta and Google, when we publish to or read from an account a business has connected.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and assessment information for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started, and delete it on request. Access tokens are deleted when a business disconnects its account or ends its work with us. Records of what we published are kept while we work with that business.

Deleting your data

You can have your information deleted at any time:

  • Email hello@miloe.aiwith the subject “Delete my data” and tell us the email address or account involved. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
  • A business can also remove our access directly: in LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or Google account settings, remove the Miloe app from the list of connected apps. We then stop using the account and delete its access token.

Security

Access tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to our systems is limited to Miloe.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
